In order to standardize the management of foreign students in the first " public administration" all-english undergraduate program in our college, to better promote the communication between teachers and foreign students, and to enhance the integration of foreign students in the school of public administration and Sichuan university, our college specially established a management team for foreign students. on June 5, 2018, at 8: 30 a.m., a teacher-student exchange meeting for all-english undergraduate professional team members was held in the 305 classroom of the school of public administration. the meeting was presided over by professor Li Rui, vice president of the school of public administration. all-english majors were in charge of teacher ma Chen - Wei, teacher Zhou Rui, teacher Wu Jing, teacher tan Jie - Dan, and assistant Jiang.

During the meeting, vice-president Li Rui first announced and introduced the relevant management personnel organized by the college for all English majors and shared important information about various activities of the college that overseas students can participate in, such as UIP international week of Sichuan university. In addition, teacher Wu Jing explained in detail the international week of Sichuan university and some arrangements to overseas students, encouraging them to actively participate in the activities of the international week.

Subsequently, in order to further understand the learning and living conditions of the overseas students after they came to our school, teacher ma chenwei presided over the q & a question-and-answer session of the overseas students. during the question-and-answer session, the students actively and humorously reflected their current problems to the team members. the teachers and students attending the meeting had full communication and exchange on professional academic problems, life difficulties, personal perplexities, etc.

    Finally, Mr. Zhou Rui divided the overseas students into groups, and the overseas students democratically elected the group leaders to serve as the units for all English major class activities and group activities in the future so as to promote the feelings and exchanges among the overseas students. at this session, the exchange meeting was successfully concluded with everyone's laughter.
