Li Min, Vice professor of Szechuan University. Advisor for Masters of Public Administration. The head of the Land Resources Management department in the Public Administration College of Szechuan University since 2005. Now, working on the teaching and scientific research of the Study of Land Policies and Human Resource Management. The majority teaching courses are “Study of Land Management”, “The Monographic Study of Land Policies” and “The Study of Labor law and Social Security Law”.  In 2008, took part in transfer scholarship program in University of Arizona, USA and in transfer scholarship program in University of Minnesota Duluth, USA at 2016. Also, as the member of another transfer scholarship in Oxford University, UK at 2017.
