Jiang Xiaoping, PhD, professor of School of Public Administration at Sichuan University with research focus on local government governance, urban governance, balanced urban-and-rural development, local social governance, public services etc. She has published extensively and highly cited publications.

       She serves as the head of Research Institute for Chengdu Scientific Development, associate director of National Government Staff Training Center of SCU as well as the Vice Secretary-general of National Research Institute of Government Performance. She is also a member of National MPA Education Steering Committee, Vice President of China Association of Policy Science, Executive member of the council of Chinese Public Administration Society (CPAS), Vice President of Sichuan Chinese Public Administration Society, Vice President of Sichuan Political Science Society. She is the academic peer of Sichuan Province with distinguished contributions to Sichuan as the outstanding and innovative talent of Sichuan, Sichuan Outstanding Teacher, a member of Chengdu Committee of CPPCC, Vice President of Sichuan Public Administration Society.
